ENSCO Inc. is proud to announce it has earned the Top Workplaces USA award for a second year.
Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. The Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
Nearly sixty-five percent of ENSCO employees responded to the survey. Most of the responses indicated employees felt their work is very meaningful and that employee efforts are appreciated by the company. Responses emphasized ENSCO’s culture of respect for employees, company diversity and inclusiveness, and flexible, family-friendly work environments. Responses indicated that employees also highly value their colleagues and believe that their teams are dedicated and highly professional.
