Visualization software have been developed for characterizing sensor data and integrating it with other information for presentation to the user.
Sensor Deployment Planning Tool (SDPT)
The SDPT architecture combines physics-based geophysical signal propagation models with advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) models of terrain in a user-friendly system for planning optimal sensor deployments and for characterization of sensor network performance.
