ENSCO proudly announces that Todd Cook, Director of ENSCO’s Cyber Domain, has been honored with the Patriot Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a U.S. Department of Defense office. The award recognizes Cook’s outstanding commitment to supporting ENSCO employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
Cook was nominated by Dr. Mike Egnoto, an ENSCO employee and U.S. Air Force Reservist, who highlighted Cook’s mentorship, leadership, and personal support during his military training and deployments. From sharing materials from his own Air Force service to checking in on Egnoto’s family during extended assignments, Cook’s dedication went above and beyond.
"This is how I see it,” said Cook. “Never leave a service member behind and never forget civilian teammates serving their country.” In addition to personal mentorship, Cook ensured Egnoto remained connected to ENSCO through social events, welcome-back gatherings, and company-wide recognition of his military milestones.
“Todd and ENSCO make me feel valued and appreciated whether I am in uniform or in the office,” said Egnoto.
