ENSCO proudly announces that Jacinda Clemenzi, Chief Engineer for ENSCO Rail, Inc., has been named one of Progressive Railroading’s 50 Women of Influence in Rail for 2025. This honor highlights her leadership in rail safety technology, engineering innovation, and mentorship of future rail professionals.
Clemenzi leads engineering teams, overseeing the development of cutting-edge track inspection systems. Her expertise spans research, product design, and autonomous inspection technologies. During her 22 years at ENSCO, she has contributed to multiple cutting edge technology accomplishments including the first Autonomous Track Geometry Measurement System (ATGMS), Deployable Gage Restraint Measurement System (DGRMS), and contributions to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Grand Challenges.
Beyond her technical achievements, Clemenzi is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of rail engineers through ENSCO’s internship program. Her mentorship has helped shape future industry leaders, making her a role model for students pursuing careers in rail engineering.
