ENSCO is proud to announce it has earned two 2021 Top Workplaces USA awards: a spot on the Top Workplaces USA list and a spot on Top Workplaces in Technology list.
Top Workplaces USA offers national recognition for organizations with more than 150 employees that operate in multiple markets.
Winners of the Top Workplaces USA lists are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. The results of the survey are compared against industry benchmarks. Several thousand organizations from across the country were invited, and more than 1,100 participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey this year. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks. ENSCO is one of just a few companies to receive the national award.
To be eligible for the Top Workplaces Technology Award, companies must be organizations with more than 150 employees and work in the technology industry.
Sixty-five percent of ENSCO employees responded to the survey. Most of the responses indicated that employees felt that their work is very meaningful and that employee efforts are appreciated by the company. Responses emphasized ENSCO culture of respect for employees, ENSCO diversity and inclusiveness, and family friendly policies. Responses indicated that employees also highly value their colleagues and believe that their teams are dedicated and highly professional.
