ENSCO is proud to announce it has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces Denver award.
Winners of the Top Workplaces Denver list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. The results of the survey are compared against industry benchmarks. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
Sixty-five percent of ENSCO employees responded to the survey. Most of the responses indicated that employees felt that their work is very meaningful and that employee efforts are appreciated by the company. Responses emphasized ENSCO culture of respect for employees, ENSCO diversity and inclusiveness, and family-friendly policies. Responses indicated that employees also highly value their colleagues and believe that their teams are dedicated and highly professional.
