ENSCO Rail, an international leader in advanced rail technology solutions for passenger, transit and freight markets, will be participating in the Big Data in Railroad Maintenance Planning Conference at the University of Delaware (UDel) in Newark, Dec. 9.
The UDel Big Data Conference is a forum for track and mechanical professionals to meet, exchange ideas, and share their experiences in the critical area of data management.
ENSCO Rail Director of Business Development Matthew Dick will be giving a presentation titled: Application of Track Data Management in an Australian Heavy Haul Railroad. The presentation will focus on the recent delivery of ENSCO products to the Australian mining railroad, Roy Hill. It will detail the delivery of a Track Measurement Vehicle and ENSCO’s Data Management Suite, which includes the Digital Track Notebook® (DTN), TrackIT®, and the Automated Maintenance Advisor (AMA). Additionally, the presentation will discuss data integration with the SAP (Systems, Applications, Products) Linear Asset Management system.
The event is expected to draw several hundred professionals from a variety of related fields, from front-line supervisors to top-level managers, who will benefit from attending.
