Jeffrey Stevens is President of ENSCO, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries ENSCO Avionics, ENSCO Rail, ENSCO Rail Australia Pty. Ltd., ENSCO Technologies of Brazil LTDA/ENSCO Tecnologias do Brasil LTDA, and KLD Labs, Inc. Prior to his appointment to President, Mr. Stevens was Senior Vice President of the ENSCO’s Surface Transportation Group (STG). Mr. Stevens has been with ENSCO for over 20 years, and brings a unique combination of proven leadership in governmental, commercial, and international business. This has resulted in significant expansion in ENSCO’s surface transportation business and has led that team to introduce core ENSCO capabilities in CBRNE and cybersecurity to the surface transportation industry. Mr. Stevens brings a wide range of experience to the position, including governmental research and development, systems engineering, product development, product manufacturing, international business operations, and diverse operational management experience. Mr. Stevens received his Bachelor of Science in cartography from Ohio University.

 

Thomas DeFrank, CFO, ENSCOTHOMAS DeFRANK

Tom DeFrank oversees all aspects of ENSCO’s corporate finance and accounting functions, treasury management and corporate facilities. Mr. DeFrank is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with extensive knowledge of business operations, shared service environments, internal auditing and business re-engineering. He previously served as CFO/VP of Finance at L3 Technologies in Hauppauge, N.Y., where he directed all aspects of accounting operations and financial analysis. Prior to that, he held positions at Delphinus Engineering, NRG Energy, SAIC and Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services. Mr. DeFrank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

 

Ted Freeman, Chief Information Officer (CIO) - ENSCOTED FREEMAN

Ted Freeman has spent his career developing a reputation for being a performance-driven and quality-focused IT executive experienced in building and managing secure, reliable and cost-effective technical infrastructures. He has a consistent, proven record of aligning technology with business, including identifying and capitalizing on process improvements, executing complex projects, and driving development and implementation of world-class technical solutions. Mr. Freeman’s career encompasses working with one of the first desktop computer resellers to a regional support manager in Southern California, Senior Information Technology Manager at a major bank, and a niche provider specializing in the convergence of full motion desktop video and communications technology in the areas of business learning and training. Mr. Freeman holds a master’s degree in telecommunications from George Washington University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco, and numerous industry certifications.

Joanne McDonald is Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary, reporting to the Chairman of the Board Gregory Young, providing corporate leadership and advice on corporate governance and ethics issues, including developing and disseminating corporate ethics policies and ensuring they are upheld. She also investigates complaints and conflicts of interest. Ms. McDonald previously served as the ENSCO Vice President of the Administration and Human Resources Division, where she worked closely with executive leadership to create a competitive advantage through talent development and acquisition. Ms. McDonald's responsibilities also included corporate communications; employee relations; compensation/benefits; succession planning; diversity; and organizational effectiveness. Under Ms. McDonald's leadership, ENSCO has been the recipient of several awards that recognize the family-friendly program at ENSCO: the Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Award, the Torchbearer Award, and the Washington Business Journal's Best Place to Work award. Previously, Ms. McDonald oversaw a $6 million technical training program to train the Royal Saudi Navy for HBH Company. Ms. McDonald has been with ENSCO for more than 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is actively involved in the National Association of Corporate Directors, Women in Technology, the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the Society of Human Resource Management.

 

Bindi Patel - VP of Contracts & Procurement, Corporate Risk Officer at ENSCOBINDI PATEL

Bindi Patel serves as ENSCO’s Vice President of Contracts & Procurement and Corporate Risk Officer. Ms. Patel oversees the execution of critical responsibilities including strategic contracting; supply chain management; proposal and contract administration; export control; and corporate risk management. With more than 20 years’ experience in the global consulting industry, Ms. Patel possesses a wealth of expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiation, global supply chain management, and operations management. As a former Principal/Director, Enterprise Risk and Resilience at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), Ms. Patel led the strategy and operations of the risk office. Prior to her 13+ year tenure at BAH, Ms. Patel served in roles at Raytheon, ExxonMobil, and Procter & Gamble. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Investments from The George Washington University School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

 

Denise Perry - VP, Human Resources at ENSCODENISE PERRY

Denise Perry is Vice President of the Human Resources (HR) Division. For more than 20 years, she has served in a variety of roles within the division. With her promotion to Vice President in 2015, she now leads the implementation of best practices, programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the company, its employees and the HR Division. Ms. Perry collaborates with operational and support groups to facilitate business requirements and legal compliance. In addition, she handles workplace grievances and workplace investigations along with a host of other employee relations issues. In her current role, she oversees and manages a variety of complex areas, including Marketing and Communications; Benefits (including 401K); HRIS system; Training and Development; and Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. She also oversees the company’s EEO program in her roles as the EEO Officer and Privacy Officer. Prior to joining ENSCO, Ms. Perry was with the Gannett organization in Rosslyn, Virginia. She is an active member of human resources professional associations, including the Society of Human Resource Management and World at Work. Ms. Perry has earned numerous professional certifications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Kevin Pruett, Executive Vice President of ENSCOKEVIN PRUETT

Kevin Pruett is the Executive Vice President for the Mission Systems Group (MSG). In this capacity, he is responsible for ENSCO’s government aerospace, avionics, cybersecurity, and IC businesses. He also oversees ENSCO’s commercial aerospace and aviation meteorology disciplines.

Prior to ENSCO, Mr. Pruett was a Senior Business Development Manager at Harris Corporation, leading teams to secure multiple programs over $100 million. Earlier, he was with Terion, Inc., a Harris/Penske Corporation joint venture, as a Product Line Director responsible for wireless product development. He began his career with Rockwell, Inc., as a subsystem analyst on the NASA space shuttle program. Mr. Pruett has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He served ten years as a Board of Trustees member for Health-First, Inc., a $1 billion multi-hospital health care system in Central Florida. He served three terms on the City Commission for Cocoa Beach, Fla.
