Boris Nejikovsky is President of ENSCO, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, ENSCO Avionics, ENSCO Avionics Canada, ENSCO Rail and ENSCO Rail Australia Pty Ltd. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Nejikovsky was Vice President of ENSCO's Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division, ENSCO Rail, Inc., and ENSCO Rail Australia Pty Ltd, which focus on the safety, quality and efficiency of railway operations worldwide via a full range of track inspection technologies and related data management systems, vehicle testing, and vehicle-track interaction consulting. With ENSCO for more than 20 years, Mr. Nejikovsky has a unique blend of experience and knowledge in governmental research and development, systems engineering, commercial product development, product manufacturing, international systems development and product sales, as well as diverse operational management experience. He has been instrumental in the design and integration of many of the company’s key rail products, holds three U.S. patents and three foreign patents in rail inspection technology, and has authored a number of professional papers. Mr. Nejikovsky has an Advanced Degree in hydraulics/engineering hydrology from the State Hydrological Institute and an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Electrotechnical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.

 

Mike Bogdanovic, CFO, ENSCOMILAN (MIKE) J. BOGDANOVIC

Chief Financial Officer

Milan (Mike) J. Bogdanovic serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for ENSCO, Inc., overseeing the corporate finance and accounting group, treasury management, and corporate facilities. Mr. Bogdanovic has more than 35 years of senior level experience with various sized federal contractors operating in commercial, governmental and international environments, including CACI, Questech, Honeywell Federal Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation. He has significant experience in developing appropriate government contract compliance, accounting and pricing strategies, company acquisitions, and treasury management. Mr. Bogdanovic has earned both the Virginia Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant designations through the American Institute of CPAs. He is also a member of both the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University with a concentration in finance and accounting.

 

Dr. Scott Goldstein, CSTO, ENSCODR. SCOTT GOLDSTEIN

Chief Strategy and Technology Officer

Dr. Jay “Scott” Goldstein serves as ENSCO’s Chief Strategy and Technology Officer with the mission of advancing ENSCO’s technologies and technical capabilities to align with the strategic needs of customers. He has more than 30 years of experience leading organizations and serving as a chief technology officer, including programs with DARPA, the Intelligence Community, and the military. Presently, Dr. Goldstein is a Fellow of the IEEE, a member of the IEEE Radar Systems Panel, a Fellow of the Washington Academy of Sciences, a member of the AFCEA Technology Committee and the INSA Council on Technology and Innovation, a consulting member of the Army Science Board, and is serving on the 2015 Defense Science Board Air Dominance Task Force. He is also a member of the JSOC S&T Task Force. Prior to joining ENSCO, Dr. Goldstein was with Dynetics, a Huntsville, Ala., high-tech company, where he served as the Chief Technologist and manager of the Advanced Missions Solutions Group in Chantilly, Va. Previous to that, he held senior positions at QinetiQ North America, ManTech International Corporation, SAIC, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. With more than 30 years of military experience across the Army and Air Force, Dr. Goldstein is a Brigadier General in the Air Force Reserve, currently serving as the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander at the Space and Missile Systems Center in Los Angeles. He previously served at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, as well as in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Dr. Goldstein has authored or co-authored more than 100 refereed technical publications and has four U.S. patents in spread spectrum communications and adaptive processing for signal detection. He is a member of Sigma Xi, Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. He holds a doctoral degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree from George Mason University.

 

Robert Sanders, VP of ENSCO AvionicsROBERT SANDERS

As Vice President, Robert Sanders leads ENSCO Avionics and ENSCO Avionics Canada, which provide safety- and mission-critical avionics engineering solutions in support of both military and commercial aircraft for customers, such as BAE Systems, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Rockwell Collins. Mr. Sanders began his career as a Naval Aviator deploying as part of the Multi-national Peacekeeping Force in Beirut, Lebanon. He flew combat missions in support of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where he was awarded the combat Air Medal. Mr. Sanders has held positions of ever-increasing responsibility and accomplishment in program management, business development, and general management in aerospace and defense for companies, including Lockheed Martin, ITT, Honeywell, Barco, and Elbit Systems of America. He attended graduate executive studies at MIT and Harvard for technology management and innovation. Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Administration from Dowling College. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

 

Ted Freeman, VP, ENSCOTED FREEMAN

Information Systems and Technology Division

Ted Freeman serves as Vice President of the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division. Mr. Freeman has spent his career developing a reputation for being a performance-driven and quality-focused IT executive experienced in building and managing secure, reliable and cost-effective technical infrastructures. He has a consistent, proven record of aligning technology with business, including identifying and capitalizing on process improvements, executing complex projects, and driving development and implementation of world-class technical solutions. Mr. Freeman’s career encompasses working with one of the first desktop computer resellers to a regional support manager in Southern California, Senior Information Technology Manager at a major bank, and a niche provider specializing in the convergence of full motion desktop video and communications technology in the areas of business learning and training. Mr. Freeman holds a master’s degree in telecommunications from George Washington University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco, and numerous industry certifications.

 

David Macaluso, VP, ENSCODAVID MACALUSO

Contracts and Procurement Division

As Vice President of the Contracts and Procurement Division, David Macaluso is responsible for all activities related to the preparation of proposals, pricing, negotiation, awards, and administration of contracts; management of ENSCO’s export control program; and corporate risk management. Mr. Macaluso has more than 25 years of experience in acquisition and supply chain management in support of government, commercial and international programs for complex technologies, research and development, systems integration solutions, intellectual property licensing, strategic pricing, and export control programs. His previous experience includes contracts and business management positions with the Military Sealift Command, Naval Research Laboratory, the Naval Air Systems Command, Oracle Corporation, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin. He has negotiated and awarded contracts in excess of $1 billion in support of Operation Storm/Shield and Systems Integration Programs; has achieved DAWIA Level III Certification; and was awarded the Navy Unit Commendation for Meritorious Service for actions in support of operations Desert Storm/Shield/Sortie. Mr. Macaluso holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing management from Saint Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from George Mason University.

Joanne McDonald is Vice President, Chief Ethics Officer and Corporate Secretary, reporting to the Chairman of the Board Gregory Young, providing corporate leadership and advice on corporate governance and ethics issues, including developing and disseminating corporate ethics policies and ensuring they are upheld. She also investigates complaints and conflicts of interest. Ms. McDonald previously served as the ENSCO Vice President of the Administration and Human Resources Division, where she worked closely with executive leadership to create a competitive advantage through talent development and acquisition. Ms. McDonald's responsibilities also included corporate communications; employee relations; compensation/benefits; succession planning; diversity; and organizational effectiveness. Under Ms. McDonald's leadership, ENSCO has been the recipient of several awards that recognize the family-friendly program at ENSCO: the Companies As Responsive Employers (CARE) Award, the Torchbearer Award, and the Washington Business Journal's Best Place to Work award. Previously, Ms. McDonald oversaw a $6 million technical training program to train the Royal Saudi Navy for HBH Company. Ms. McDonald has been with ENSCO for more than 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is actively involved in the National Association of Corporate Directors, Women in Technology, the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and the Society of Human Resource Management.

 

Kevin Pruett, VP, ENSCOKEVIN PRUETT

Aerospace Sciences and Engineering Division

Kevin Pruett is Vice President for the Aerospace Sciences and Engineering (ASE) Division, responsible for ENSCO’s aerospace, aviation and meteorological science business with NASA, the National Weather Service, U.S. Air Force, the Federal Aviation Administration, Space Florida, and commercial clients. During his years of leadership, ASE has enjoyed sustained growth. Previously, Mr. Pruett was in business development at Harris Corporation, leading teams to secure multiple programs in excess of $100 million. Earlier he was with Terion, Inc., a Harris/Penske Corporation joint venture, as Product Line Director responsible for wireless product development. He began his career with Rockwell, Inc., as a subsystem analyst on the NASA space shuttle program. Mr. Pruett has a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He has served 10 years as a Board of Trustees member for Health-First, Inc., a $1 billion multi-hospital health care system located in Central Florida. He served three terms on the City Commission for Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Jeffrey Stevens is Vice President of the Applied Technology and Engineering (ATE) Division and Vice President of ENSCO Rail and ENSCO Rail Australia Pty Ltd, wholly owned subsidiaries of ENSCO. Mr. Stevens has served in a variety of capacities at ENSCO, including Director of Commercial Business Operations for the ATE Division. He has also held positions as an Applications Developer, Project Manager, and Product Manager. Mr. Stevens has worked with and managed technical teams that developed and implemented several industry-changing technologies, including autonomous track inspection systems, enterprise web-based track inspection and maintenance management systems, automated rail vehicle location technologies, and joint bar and concrete tie inspection services. Prior to joining ENSCO, he worked as an applications developer and project manager in the police/fire/rescue and public utility industries. An active member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association, Mr. Stevens has served as a Subcommittee Chair of Committee 2 Track Measuring Systems. He received his Bachelor of Science in cartography from Ohio University.

 

Vernon Joyner, VP, ENSCOVERNON JOYNER

National Security Solutions Division

Vernon Joyner is Vice President of the National Security Solutions Division, which provides advanced products and services for critical national security applications, including cyber superiority, CBRN solutions, enterprise protection, positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) solutions, and national security products. Prior to joining ENSCO, Mr. Joyner was the Technical Director in the Advanced Missions Solutions Group of Dynetics, Inc. In that role, he worked closely with customers, technology partners, and mission specialists to craft solutions to challenging national security problems. Previously, he held senior positions at QinetiQ North America, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Raytheon. Mr. Joyner has worked with and led technical teams in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, including sophisticated cyber security capabilities and signal processing solutions. He has received awards for outstanding program and technical leadership, as well as served as a technical representative and advisor to numerous industry and government organizations, including the National Security Technical Advisory Committee, NIST, ETSI, and ANSI. Mr. Joyner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 

Denise Perry, Acting Division Manager, ENSCODENISE PERRY

Denise Perry is the Division Manager of the Human Resources Division and has served in a variety of capacities in the division. Most recently, she served as Acting Division Manager and Deputy Division Manager of Human Resources, providing leadership in the implementation of practices, programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the company, its employees, and the HR Division. Ms. Perry collaborates with operational and support groups to partner an understanding of functional needs and business requirements. In addition, she investigates and resolves employee workplace situations and grievances, including sexual harassment allegations, discrimination charges, and disputes. Prior to joining ENSCO, Ms. Perry was with the Gannett organization in Rosslyn, Va. She is a participating member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. Ms. Perry brings extensive progressive HR experience and achievements, including numerous professional certifications. She received her Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in human resource management from the University of Phoenix.

As Director for Marketing and Communications, Julie Hancock seeks to effectively and professionally convey the brand, technical ingenuity, program experience, and outstanding customer service of ENSCO through innovative, creative media that reaches the right people at the right time in the right way. In this position, Ms. Hancock oversees all aspects of marketing and communications, brand management, media relations, digital and social media, public affairs, corporate events and conferences, and corporate social responsibility for ENSCO, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Her more than 20 years with the company have given her a deep knowledge and understanding of both the technological capabilities as well as the corporate structure and management of the company. Prior to her current position with ENSCO, Ms. Hancock served as Senior Executive Administrator to the CEO and President, providing managerial and administrative support, and was also the corporate event planner in addition to her other responsibilities. Before joining ENSCO, Ms. Hancock was employed by LFC Nationwide, a mortgage servicing company, as operations and inspections manager, preceded by her position as sales and operating manager for Banana Republic in Birmingham, Ala., and Charlotte, N.C. Ms. Hancock has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Auburn University.
