As an added bonus, rehired ENSCO alumni can benefit from several features of the ENSCO retirement or 401(k) Plan; the plan is available to eligible employees of ENSCO and its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries. First, prior service will apply toward vesting and eligibility for the higher matching contribution level. And if you are rehired within about five years, you may be eligible for the “buyback” provision and have previously forfeited matching funds restored to your account, if you redeposit the amount that had been distributed. The restored funds are eligible to accrue additional vesting.
