ENSCO has always excelled at attracting top quality people to our company. To retain them, we have developed employee benefits that are among the best in our industry. We encourage a healthy work-life balance by offering benefits that support your needs. Some examples include:
ENSCO invests a sizable amount of resources into the training and professional development of our employees. We have training coordinators who manage in-house training programs, as well as coordinate training at organizations throughout the United States. All training is completely paid for by ENSCO. In addition, we offer a generous tuition reimbursement benefit. Education and career development benefits include:
Regular employees working at least half-time, and others who have earned a "year of eligibility service," are eligible to participate. ENSCO matches up to 6 percent of compensation after an employee’s first year (up to 2.5 percent of compensation for first 12 months). ENSCO pays all administrative fees (except for loan processing) so employee earnings are not diluted.
Most employees may defer up to 100 percent of compensation (limited by pay available after other required deductions); "highly compensated" employees (an IRS-defined term) are limited to 13 percent deferral. Additional "catch-up" deferrals are available at age 50 (not matched). Our plan has a graded, 5-"years of service" vesting schedule.
Its flexibility includes: self-directed investments with Vanguard; loans; 11 "core" funds and 11 "target retirement" funds from which to choose; rollovers of untaxed accounts accepted from eligible plans and traditional IRAs.
ENSCO recognizes that employees have lives away from work, and that happy, healthy employees are productive employees. As a result, we have many different types of leave for new employees:
